Reporting and User Management just got easier

Today we’re releasing a new refund feature to enhance platform reporting and enable you to easily manage customer reimbursement.
The feature includes the ability to process refunds through a customer’s Account History, a new Refunds report and updates to all sales reporting.
Issuing a refund is a seamless process and can be managed in your customer’s Account History. When recording refunds you can opt for your customer’s payment to be refunded directly to the credit card in which they paid or you can choose your own method.
Our smart reporting system will automatically adjust your reports to ensure you’re provided with real-time platform data the moment a refund is added.
